How we check each knit
Dropped stitches, matched buttons and even tension across the front panels are checked before anything is folded. Knitwear ships folded flat, never on a hanger.
Dispatch, delivery and returns
Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Packed flat and handed to the courier with tracking.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 15 business days. Shipping is estimated by distance at checkout.
Returns
30 days to return unworn garments with tags. Damaged parcels: tell us within 48 hours.
